Services for Rescue Organizations

The Mindful Mutt strongly believes in saving dogs, just like you do! Every homeless dog deserves a second chance. Some dogs need a little more help than others and that is where training can help. If you are a rescue organization, our intensive Board and Train can help make a seemingly un-adoptable dog more adoptable.

The Board and Train is located in a safe, secure and very structured home environment. The Mindful Mutt will assess you dog and provide feedback to help you find the best home in addition to training.

You want the most chance of success when selecting a home for your rescue dog. The MIndful Mutt has extensive experience in screening potential adopters for hard to place dogs. We can help you in the screening process. We can also attend meet and greets with a representative from your organization and the applicant.

If your Board and Train is complete and your dog is skilled in performing their commands, but you can't find a foster or permanent home quite yet, The Mindful Mutt can help. We can visit their kennel to maintain their trained commands and perform wellness checks.

$30 a visit

Once you have found the best home for your rescue dog, you want to ensure there is a successful transition. The Mindful Mutt can help the adopter understand their new pup's needs and show them how to use the commands the dog has learned.

$60 a lesson or 4 lessons for $220
